GROUP FITNESS - SUNRISE SWEAT (FORMERLY BOOTCAMP CONNECT)
Sunrise Sweat is a four-week outdoor fitness program that meets Mon - Fri from 6:30-7:30 am pst at the beach in Santa Monica, CA.
Sunrise Sweat is the outdoor workout for beginners to advanced intermediate who want to begin the day connecting to movement, their breath, their heart, nature and other kindred spirits while working up a good sweat.
You’ll work hard and see results but in a nurturing, supportive and encouraging environment. We create camaraderie not competition.
There are no whistles, no barking orders, no drill sergeant, no judgement.
In SS you will CONNECT to…Body, Mind, Soul, Breath, Nature and Community.
SS utilizes the revolutionary Integral Fitness Formula, a holistic integration of full body circuit training, yoga, and mindfulness.
MON...Full Body, bodyweight workout
TUES...Cardio, Mobility and Flexibility
WED...Full Body, light weight (3-10 lbs) workout
THURS...Cardio, Mobility and Flexibility
FRI...Sport Flow. SF is a fusion of Sport Functionality Training & Gentle Yoga Flow
*All Classes MUST BE USED IN A 4 WEEK CAMP. There are NO carry-overs from camp to camp. The price for make-ups is built into the package price.
$30 for TRIAL Week (M/W/F)...1st-Time Campers ONLY. Should you decide to stay on, we will apply the $30 toward whatever package you choose.
