In a world that seems upside down right now, stress levels through the roof, and all the responsibilities we feel as adults, day after day how do we show up for ourselves, our kids and life with presence?

And by "presence" I'm referring to being whole-heartedly "there" physcially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

The ANSWER:  Conscious Breathing and Mindfulness Meditation... 

because through these 2 ancient, holistic health practices you literally rewire and reshape your brain while taking control of your nervous system.

In this 6-week course, you'll learn how to manage the stressors of life through meditation and breathwork, so that you live with presence, purpose and heart. 

I will share specific practices and principles I personally use and have coached others to do, which serve to take back your mind, open your heart and nurture your soul.

 In the #De-Stress Group Coaching Program, over the course of 6 weeks, we will get together twice a week LIVE on Zoom for a 30-60 minute Coaching Session (Sundays & Thursdays) . 

  • Each week on Sunday, we will do a deep dive into the science/theory and practices of conscious breathing and meditation (Weeks 1-3 will address Conscious Breathing and Weeks 4-6 will cover Mindfulness Meditation) the Thursday sessions will be a  Check-INn/Q&A session.

The modules have intentionally been set up in a specific order to best optimize your experience and to let you progressively and thoughtfully apply that specific tool to your life during that given week.

Each Module will build on the one prior to it, with the end goal being to provide you with tools to fully integrate these practices into your daily lifestyle.
