Discover the "secret sauce" many top athletes use to optimize their performance on and off the field.
It's called YOGA and it's pretty much the complete workout. When you practice, you get endurance, strength, power, balance, stability, mobility, flexibility, concentration, and even-mindedness all in one place
In this 5 day camp designed for young athletes ages 10-17, I'll introduce you to yoga in a way that is more scientific than spiritual. We'll explore yoga asana that will 100% enhance you athletic abilities, improve your focus and mental clarity and serve to decrease your stress levels. Over the course of the 5 days of camp, you'll be introduced to traditional hatha yoga, flow yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga and sport yoga. And please know, you DO NOT need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga meets you right where you are.
