What I Teach:
There are thousands of breathwork practices you can do. But generally speaking they all fall into 1 of 3 big categories and I teach them all...
ENERGIZING Breathwork
These practices are all about up-regulating your nervous system into the sympathetic state (fight or flight) and serve lift you up if you're feeling down. These tend to be very strong, rapid breathing patterns.
BALANCING Breathwork
These practices are designed to put your nervous system in a "sweet spot" where you feel actively calm yet calmly active, so you feel grounded and present.
RELAXING Breathwork
These practices are all about down-regulating the nervous system into the parasympathetic state (rest and digest), where the body and mind experience feeling chilled-out and at-ease. These tend to be very slow breathing patterns.
