15-Minute Life Visioning Session

 

I first learned about the practice of Life Visioning back in 2010. It was created by Master Spiritual Teacher Michael B Beckwith, Creator/Founder of the Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles. I've been using it ever since. To learn more about it, pick up his book entitled Life Visioning.

I spent a couple months when we first arrived in Hawaii (in mid May this year) doing Life Visioning every morning.

It’s about letting go and opening up and surrendering to how God/Source/Infinite Intelligence/Pure Brilliance/Original Energy is trying to emerge through and as you…

so that you can give your gifts fully at this time in human history.

And shortly thereafter (about 1-2 months), my dream job came across my plate. So grateful. 

This is an abbreviated version of my 30 minute sessions I typically do about once a week. Hope you enjoy.

6-Minute Unity Prayer

I put together a video of my Unity Prayer. This is the prayer/vision I finish my own self-guided meditations with on a daily basis. 

I invite you to close your eyes as you begin and go within. 

You begin by bringing a vision of yourself into your heart space and seeing yourself surrounded by, infused with and expressing the light that lights up every woman, man and child that is on the face of the planet, ever has been or ever will be. You feel yourself connected to and united with all beings everywhere, throughout all time. And then we go from there...

It's a prayer/vision to use to close out your meditations or something that can be a stand alone. Again, this is a daily practice for me. 

May it bring you feelings of peace and oneness with all of life.

In this 15-minute brief but powerful session, you'll move through 4 minutes of dynamic warm-up, 2 minutes of body mantra (sport endurance) and 8 minutes of flow yoga.

It's for all levels. Just honor your body, if something hurts, don't do it. Remember, do what you can, with what you have, where you are.

Our intention is to challenge the body and mind but not to overwhelm them. It's a fine and line and some times we have to walk that line!
