To be holistically well, you must take care of your physical body.
By Divine design, you were born to move. And by move I mean crawl, walk, run, jump, push, pull, rotate, stabilize and stretch. We are multi-planar beings that operate going forward and backward, sideways and twisting and turning. So it benefits us to train in ways that support those functions.
I am blessed to get people from all over the world moving their bodies through fitness, yoga, pilates, tennis, pickleball and TYPTI.
