About the Event

The 'Just Breathe' Workshop, facilitated by Adam Brewer, is a 2-hour life-changing experience you don't want to miss! 

Raise your hand if you are feeling stressed out alot of the time? If you're like most people, you raised your hand. And when we're stressed, you tend to breathe in a rapid and shallow manner. When you breathe like this for prolonged periods of time, your nervous system is on high-alert and it shifts into "fight/flight/freeze" mode. Along with your fast and shallow breathing, your muscles contract and your thoughts tend to race. Thus, more stress to deal with. So the cycle repeats itself. 

Most people walk through life letting how they feel dictate how they breathe. But it's time to flip this on its head. By learning the simple yet profound breathing practices in this workshop, you'll be empowered to use our breath to dictate how you feel.

At a time when stress levels are through the roof, and anxiety and overwhelm have a big part of our daily lives, the tools you'll learn in this 2 hour workshop are just the andidote you need. By learning all about the art and science of conscious, intentional breathing, you'll tap into the power of a natural rememdy for stress that has been hiding in plain sight for as long as you've lived. I'm talking about your breath. 

By manipulating the rate, ratio and location of how you breathe, within just a handful of minutes, you can change your physical, mental and emotional states dramatically.

  • Need to relax? Use a down-regulating breath practice

This workshop will be both educational and practical, as you will be practicing these techniques "real time" with plenty of time for questions.
